Party deposit required (nonrefundable) upon booking event

All of our services require a non-refundable party deposit that is due at the time of booking your event to secure your reservation. Your event date is not secured until pre-payment is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the event date. If your final payment is not received by then, your event will be cancelled. You may have the opportunity to re-schedule based upon availability, at which time the remaining balance will due upfront. By paying the pre-payment, you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Late/No Shows

If you are running late, please text us to the phone number we provided to you. Be aware that you may not be able to extend your picnic beyond the schedule end time. We do not charge for late arrivals; however, we do not provide refunds.

Cancellation policy:

  • Lucky Blossom Events does not provide refunds on party deposits. We understand personal circumstances and you are welcome to reschedule if needed. Please let us know 5 days prior to your event that you wish to cancel or reschedule.

  • Unforeseen/bad weather: in the case of bad weather on your upcoming event date you are welcome to reschedule your event to a more suitable time.

COVID-19

Lucky Blossom Events wants our guests, and vendors to feel comfortable and safe. We place your health and safety our top priority. The Lucky Blossom Events team is fully vaccinated and strictly follow CDC and local guidelines for social distancing, masking, glove & sanitation practices. All tables, chairs, containers, etc. are disinfected after each event and all linen napkins, cups and dishes are washed or replaced before and after each event.

Please notify us if you believe you or one of your guests have been exposed to COVID19. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation and rescheduling as preferable.

Locations:

  • Considering most beaches/parks in San Diego are public and are first come first serve we cannot guarantee you will get the exact location; however, we will do our best to make sure we find the best spot for your event. Although we cannot guarantee the exact location, we will set in the area requested or another location nearby if that is ideal to you.

  • Privacy is not guaranteed, for these are public spaces

  • Most San Diego parks/beaches prohibit glass containers and alcohol. Lucky Blosom Events does not serve alcohol and will not be responsible if the customer gets cited if San Diego rules are not followed.

However, you are welcome to let us know desired location upon booking.

Equipment:

All equipment supplied for your event is the property of Lucky Blossom Events. Any loss or damage will result in a fee to The Customer.

The customer who purchased the event shall be responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment.

Photos/Video:

By asking our team to take your photos, you agree with Lucky Blossom team to post on social media accounts and any advertisement we may produce.

Liability:

Lucky Blossom Events shall in no way be held responsible/ accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the customer, any third parties, or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services. All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the customer until returned to our company.
